Account Security

✭ For your security, do not use your Act Up Job account password and Gmail on any site other than actupjob.com. Act Up Job authority will not be responsible for any losses incurred by using your credentials on any other site.
✭ Act Up Job will never request your account information from any other site.

Account Ban Policy

✭ Multiple Accounts:

• You can have multiple accounts for job posting, but using all accounts from one device may result in a ban.

✭ WiFi Usage:

• Using a WiFi line from under a router or using the same IP with multiple accounts on different devices is prohibited.

✭ Submission of Wrong Proofs:

• Submitting wrong proofs (irrelevant images, fake information, threatened or nude images) will result in an account ban.
• Submitting proofs without completing the work will also be considered as wrong proofs.

✭ Inappropriate Comments:

• Posting offensive comments on job provider's YouTube channels related to Act Up Job may lead to an account ban.

✭ Satisfaction Level:

• A satisfaction level below 75% will result in a warning and a 24-hour temporary ban. Repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban.

✭ VPN Usage:

• In countries where VPN usage is a legal offense, Act Up Job does not allow the use of VPN. Users are expected to comply with their country's laws.

Common Questions

✭ Multiple Devices:

• You can work on one account from two devices without any issues.

✭ Withdrawal:

• You can withdraw money from multiple accounts using one development number.

App Functionality

✭ Internet Connection:

• Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. Act Up Job is not responsible for app functionality issues if you lack Wi-Fi or data allowance.

Account Bans and Support

✭ Reinstating Banned Accounts:

• If your account is banned and you wish to work on our site again, contact our support page after deleting your banned account.

✭ New Account Warning:

• Creating a new account without contacting support after a ban may result in the new account being banned.
